Description
|
The process consists in a timely identification and registration, in accordance with the rules of the Manual on deficit and debt (MGDD) and the Regulation SEC 2010, of the different types of "investment" made in Public Private Partnership.
In this context, analyses are carried out on the financial statements of the grantors and concessionaires, evaluations, classifications of economic and financial aggregates, and in-depth analyses of financial and contractual documentation, in order to
- responding to Eurostat's requests for monitoring and control of both the financial flows generated by the operations and the contractual amendments that systematically modify and/or update the conditions specified in the contracts;
- estimating public investments made in PPPs and concessions, for the purpose of producing the consolidated account of general government for the reference years t-4 to t-1.
