[S] - Shaping Census Areas for Municipalities with more than 20.000 inhabitants

Description
|
The process aims at shaping a new geographic organizazion of main cities in large municipalities: the Census Areas. First step of the process is a partition of the territory in a small sum of Census tracts taking into account any administrative and infrastructural limit. Than the fragment are collapsed into areas of about 15.000 inhabitants to form the entire town. Either demographic dimension and collapsing procedure were tested in agreement with some bigger municipalities
