Istat provided training and control of the survey through the presence in the interview room and daily monitoring of quality indicators. The 2021 survey was carried out with mixed technique CAWI-CATI: concurrent mixed technique and a sequential one. The 2024 survey was carried out with mixed technique CAWI-CATI, with two concurrent samples. The CATI part by an external company. Istat provided both online and frontal training for the company’s interviewers.
